Mango & Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Summer is over...well it technically doesn't end until September 22, but it certainly feels like it's over. With everyone back in school and mega traffic on the way to work (that makes my 30 minute commute turn into a 2 hour commute, yay D.C.) we are moving on to cooler weather. While I LOVE fall, it means that we are losing our summer produce, which is a total bummer, so with that here's one last tart pop to make with the gorgeous colors of summer. Cheers!




Ingredients:

1 cup raspberries 
1 cup mango 
1 cup plain full fat greek yogurt
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

1. In a blender, puree raspberries with 1/4 cup sugar. Once blended strain out seeds into a bowl. Rinse out blender
2. In the same blender, puree mango with 1/4 cup sugar. Pour puree into separate bowl
3. In a separate bowl mix greek yogurt with remaining sugar
4. Take your popsicle mold and alternate yogurt and both purees to your liking. Freeze in freezer for at least 4 hours
