I love a good popsicle. It's such an easy dessert that never disappoints, plus it can be relatively healthy! This one is no different, a quick pulse in the blender and you have a creamy pop that easy for grab and go. Cheers!
Ingredients:
2 ripe mangos pitted and peeled
1 oz fresh lime juice
14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar (optional if using sweetened coconut milk)
14 oz can unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar (optional if using sweetened coconut milk)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to blender and process until smooth
2. Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen
